B. Zhuhai Glory Auto Components Co., Ltd.: focuses on the sale of all products produced in the group;
C. CAC Brake Co., Ltd. Zhuhai: focuses on producing Drum Brake Shoes and metal products of brake pads and shoes, such as back plates and naked brake shoes;
D. CAC Friction Materials Co., Ltd.: focuses on producing Disc Brake Pads and Brake Linings;
E. Shandong CAC: focuses on producing Disc Brake Pads, Drum Brake Shoes and Brake Linings;
